Problem

Symptom
Cause
Resolving The Problem
1. Disable message queue before upgrade.
2. Disable message queue, then redo the install:
apicup subsys set analytics enable-message-queue false
apicup subsys install analytics --no-verify
3. If you absolutely require message queue, then a new deploy of analytics back to 2018.4.1.13 ifix and restore of analytics data would be required.
