Abstract

This interim fix provides a solution for several APARs.

The following components in Operational Decision Manager are directly affected by this interim fix:
  • Rule Designer
  • Decision Center
  • Rule Execution Server
  • Build Command

This interim fix includes all fixes from this and all previous versions on the 8.10.5.0-WS-ODM_ENG component, as follows:

New fixes added in 8.10.5.0-WS-ODM_ENG-IF014:

  • RS03790: UNEXPECTED NPE WHEN EXECUTING A RETE TASK WITH DECISION ENGINE
Fixes added in 8.10.5.0-WS-ODM_ENG-IF009:
  • RS03764: IN SOME CASES AFTER AN EXECUTION FAILED WITH A NPE, ALL SUBSEQUENT EXECUTIONS FAIL AS WELL

Fixes added in 8.10.5.0-WS-ODM_ENG-IF004:

  • RS03712: LOCATION STACK IS SUBJECT TO MEMORY LEAK USING BREAK OR THROWING EXCEPTION
  • RS03718: BUILDING A RULE WITH "THERE IS ONE <INTERFACE>" USING DECISION ENGINE FAILS
Fixes added in 8.10.5.0-WS-ODM_ENG-IF003:
  • RS03687: RULE DESIGNER THROWS COMPILATION ERROR IN DE WHEN USING A VARIABLE TO INITIALIZE ANOTHER VARIABLE
  • RS03722: DEPLOYING A RULESET MAY NEVER COMPLETE UNDER SOME SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
  • RS03727: NO USEFUL ERROR MESSAGE WHEN CRE SEQUENTIAL COMPILATION FAILS
