• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus archive job to IBM Cloud Object
  Storage can fail with following error in job log:
  
  ERROR,1609639257684,<date/time+timezone>,2,CTGGA0085,Unable to
  update partner to <vsnap>. Error Failed to create vSnap cloud
  Offload message :"invalid version number 'Cleversafe'"type
  :"ValueError"
  
  This issue occurs with IBM Cloud Object Storage 3.15.4.41 or
  later.

Problem conclusion

• The vSnap code has been updated to no longer require a version
  header being returned from the COS endpoint. If no version is
  found in the response received from COS, vSnap assumes it is a
  sufficiently newer version and allows the archive job to proceed
  without failing.
