IT35759: ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION NEEDED ON LOCAL DUMPS CONFIGURATION FOR MICROSOFT EXCHANGE AGENTS

Error description

• Starting with IBM Spectrum Protect Plus version 10.1.6, the
  documentation needs additional information about the
  implemented Microsoft Windows local dumps settings for
  IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Exchange Agents.
  
  The following registry key and values are configured by the
  IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Microsoft Exchange agent according to
  the Microsoft Windows documentation for enabling user mode
  dumps to collect application crash information :
  
  "SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error
  Reporting\LocalDumps\SpAgent.exe"
  
  with the values :
  
  "DumpFolder" = hex(2):<GUEST_INSTALL_DIR>\tools\dumps\
   "DumpCount" = dword:00000002
    "DumpType" = dword:00000002
  
  The agent installation directory <GUEST_INSTALL_DIR> is :
  C:\Program Files\IBM\IBM Spectrum Protect Plus
  A dump file is generated if the agent crashes.
  Up to two crash dump files are kept.
  If a third crash dump file is created, the oldest file is
  deleted.
  If a dump file is present, the following message is written to
  the agent's backup job log :
  
  WARN,...,CTGGG1130,[<AppServerAddress>] An IBM Spectrum Protect
                     Plus Exchange agent core file or crash
                     report was found: c:\program files\IBM\IBM
                     Spectrum Protect Plus\tools\dumps\SpAgent.
                     exe.<PID>.dmp.
  
  The dump files can be deleted when they are no longer needed
  for troubleshooting.
