LI81644: TASK EMAIL APPROVAL LINK DOES NOT GO TO TASK PAGE

Error description

• When a consumer subscribes to a plan, which requires approval,
  an e-mail-notification is sent to the potential approvers. This
  e-mail contains a link, which does not work as expected.
  For example, let us assume that you as user "developer1234"
  gets the notification depicted below

  Hello developer1234,
  User developer5678 has requested approval to subscribe with the
  application app-1 to the Default plan for version 1.0.0 of the
   Test API product in the test catalog.
  You can open the request in your task list using this link:
  https://api-manager-endpoint/manager/org-name/manage/catalog/tes
  t/tasks/

  Actual result:
  ========
  When you click on the link, you are presented the login-screen
  to APIM UI
  However, after successful login, you only see the standard
  welcome screen
  You don't see any task list.
  If you want to go to the task list, you must know the
  provider-org, the catalog, the space, the menu ..
  Expected result:
  ============
  When you click on the link, you get directed the task list,
  immediately, after login, as implied by the text of
  notification mail shown above.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• A task email approval link would route you back to the home page
  rather than the line URL forcing you to log in and navigate to
  the desired page.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in 2018.4.1.15
