Error description

• Add the GlobalLog directive to allow for some log files to be
  inherited by virtual hosts with their own logs.

  IHS 8.5.5 did not have the capability to allow for log files
  to be inherited by virtual hosts with their own logs.
  

Problem conclusion

• The GlobalLog directive was added for IHS 8.5.5.
  
  This fix is targeted for IBM HTTP Server fix packs:
  - 8.5.5.19
