  In the CICS log, the following messages were found:

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: DFHPI0002 Severe error (code X'3415')   *
  *                      when processing a JSON web service that *
  *                      was defined using a channel description *
  *                      document.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  In the reported problem, the DFHLS2JS WS assistant was used
  to produce a WSBIND file.  As input to DFHLS2JS, a Channel
  Description Document was used and it contained a PIC N
  (national character) declaration.  A consequence of this is
  the WSBIND file was produced with a CCSID=1200 (UTF-16).
  However, the container name was placed into the ICM in EBCIDIC.
  
  When the WSBIND file (and hence its corresponding ICM)
  was used in a JSON request, DFHPIJP attempted to convert
  the EBCIDIC container name (in the ICM) which it
  thought needed converting from UTF-16 to EBCIDIC. The result
  of the conversion was a garbage container name which caused
  the DFHPI0002 Severe Error message.

Problem conclusion

• DFHPIJP and DFHPIJG have been amended to correctly process the
  container name when the WSBIND file is CCSID=1200 (UTF-16).
