Problem
Excel files cannot be previewed online in IBM Maximo Assist. Also, when you preview Word files online, some of the formatting is lost due to the third-party conversion tool.
Resolving The Problem
To view Excel files, download the files and view them offline. To view Word files with the correct formatting, download the original document and view it offline.
