APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Before this fix, if a request for parsing an xml came with
  Content-Type text/xml, upon successfully parsing the input xml,
  parse action would change the response content-type to
  application/xml.
  With this fix, if the parsed document type matches the
  content-type provided in the request, parse action uses that
  content-type as the response content-type.
