Troubleshooting
Problem
Even using same version of Planning Analytics for Excel, some user observed different fonts are used in cube viewer title and context dimension name.
Resolving The Problem
Font setting need to reset by recreate "Office Connection" folder.
- Stop Excel.
- Navigate to "C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Local\Cognos".
- Rename "Office Connection" folder.
- Start Excel and connect to TM1 Data source.
