IT35002: RATE LIMIT REPLENISH OPERATION MIGHT REPLENISH AFTER INTERVAL ELAPSES

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Replenish should only occur when a Consume action against the
  same rate limit has previously occurred
  
  -as part of the same transaction, and
  -in the same interval
  
  Furthermore, the Replenish amount should be no more than the
  
  Consume amount(s) that meet the above criteria. Any Replenish
  operations that do not have a corresponding Consume in the same
  transaction and same interval should be ignored.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Code has been updated so that the rate limit replenish operation
   will only replenish up to the amount already consumed by the
  same rate limit in the same interval.

• Fix is available in 10.0.1.2
