Error description

• A bug in the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus association framework
  results in an empty list when the SLAs associated with a
  hypervisor or application object (i.e., VM or database) are
  requested. This causes a backup job to fail, since the backup
  job appears to have no entities to backup. I.e., all objects
  appear not to be associated with the SLA associated with the
  backup job.
