Unable to access IBM Maximo Application Suite applications or tools

Troubleshooting


Problem

When you attempt to access an IBM®  Maximo®  Application Suite application or tool, either from the Suite navigator or from direct URLs, the Maximo Application Suite log in page opens, and you cannot access the application or tool. 

Resolving The Problem

This issue can occur if your username is formatted in "camel case". This is a known limitation. 
"Camel case" usernames separate words or phrases in the username with uppercase letters, for example, systemAdministrator. 
To resolve the problem, when you log in, specify only lowercase letters for your username. For example, if your username is systemAdministrator, log in using the systemadministrator username.
