Error description
IBM Developer for Z/OS - IDz - v14.2.4 or v15.0 When using IDz on Linux to edit a COBOL program, if the user go to the zUnit menu and select Create / Modify Test Case, after filling the initial prompts the user receives an error message saying: An error occurred while opening the Test Case Editor Reason: ../SDP/configuration/org.eclipse.org/11/0/.cp/include/SQLCA.cpy (No such file or directory) The initial part of the file path might vary depending on the installation, with xx being a variable number. The SQLCA.cpy exists on the given directory, but due to a path issue IDz can not find the file.
Local fix
Problem summary
No such file or directory error occurs while opening the Test Case Editor because zUnit on Linux fails to find copybook files such as SQLCA.cpy in the installation folder. zUnit on Windows doesn't have this problem.
Problem conclusion
zUnit has been corrected so that the copybook files would be found while opening the Test Case Editor.
Temporary fix
