IT35311: NEXT RUN DATE CAN BE WRONGLY CHANGED FOR WEEKLY SCHEDULES AFTER IBM SPECTRUM PROTECT PLUS SERVER REBOOT

Error description

• The IBM Spectrum Protect Plus SLA is configured to run backups
  in weekly schedule, like every 4 weeks. For example, the backup
  job is run on Sep 10th Thursday. After it is finished, next run
  is scheduled for Oct 8th as expected. Then IBM Spectrum Protect
  Plus server is rebooted, and next run is automatically changed
  to a nearest Thursday which is Sep 17th. As a result, the
  backup is scheduled to run on a wrong date instead of every 4
  weeks frequency.
