  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Serviceability Improvement - various    *
  *                      fields in CHST=1 and CHST=3 dump        *
  *                      formatter reports were formatted        *
  *                      badly. Some fields displayed when       *
  *                      using DISPLAY CHSTATUS (MQSC) command   *
  *                      were absent from either report as       *
  *                      well.                                   *

  Various fields in CHST=1 and CHST=3 dump formatter reports were
  formatted badly. E.g:
  Start Time..: X'51830423'
  Last Msg....: X'51830423'
  Should be displayed as GMT.
  
  Some fields displayed when using DISPLAY
  CHSTATUS (MQSC) command were absent from either report as well.
  (E.g SSLCERTI, ssl certificate issuer was missing).
  

Problem conclusion

• CHST=1 and CHST=3 dump formatter routines have been updated to
  format more fields, and improve the existing formatting.
