PH33036: EYUVS0999S FAILURE MESSAGE NOT EMITTED AFTER CPSM WUI ERROR

Error description

• When an error, for example an abend, occurs in a CICSPlex SM
  WUI server region, message EYUVS0999S should be emitted to
  report the failure. This should typically be accompanied by
  messages EYUVS0996S and EYUVS0998I.
  These messages are not always being emitted.

  *                      No further diagnostic messages, e.g.    *
  *                      EYUVS0999S/EYUVS0996S/EYUVS0998I are    *
  *                      produced and no recovery is performed.  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: All CICSPlex SM WUI servers should be        *
  *                 restarted to apply the fix. The restarts do  *
  *                 not need to occur at the same time.          *
  ****************************************************************
  EYU0VVRF is executed when the WUI server needs to load new data,
  such as a new view, into memory from the EYUWUI repository. It
  provides a HANDLE ABEND routine, but does not preserve the main
  abend handler for the task. This leads to diagnostics for other
  issues not being printed and recovery not being performed.
  

Problem conclusion

• EYUVVRF has been modified to PUSH and POP the main ABEND
  handling routine, ensuring that it is not cancelled.
  After an error occurs diagnostics are printed and recovery is
  attempted.
