    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enhances IMS HALDB Toolkit to *
    * support encrypted OSAM database data *
    *                      sets.                                   *

    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR. *
    ****************************************************************
This APAR enhances IMS HALDB Toolkit to support encrypted OSAM
    database data sets.

    FIXCAT keyword: IMSOSAMLDS/K

The PTFs of the following APARs are required to use the new
    functions:
    - PH28807 IMS High Performance Unload V1.2(FMID=H1IN120)
    - PH28860 IMS High Performance Load V2.1(FMID=H1IM210)
    - PH25480 IMS High Performance Image Copy V4.2
      (FMID=H1J0420)
    - PH24727 IMS High Performance Pointer Checker V3.1
(FMID=HPC2310) if PTRCHECK(Y) is specified in IHCSYSIN.
    - PH32129 IMS Online Reorganization Facility V1R1
(FMID: HHRF110), if ONLINE(Y) is specified in IHCSYSIN for
      CONVERT and MAINTAIN functions.

In addition, the following fixes have been applied in this APAR.
    - When running MAINTAIN with ONLINE(Y), HTK can get ABEND U0850
in Apply phase. Code has been changed to avoid the ABEND.
    - When running batch or ISPF CONVERT/MAINTAIN, the database is
OSAM, has 10DSG and the blocksize is greater equal to 10000,
HTK can get INIT.PART/CHANGE.PART error. Code has been changed
      to avoid the error.
    - When the database has muitiple DSGs and each blocksize is not
default value, the blocksize is changed to 4096(default value)
after running ISPF MAINTAIN. Code has been changed to set the
      correct blocksize.
    - Code has been added to HTK to support more than 2,147,483,647
      segments.
