  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 01.JMON incorrectly identifies          *
  *                         JES3plus as an old JES version       *
  *                      02.JMON enhancement to support          *
  *                         authentication with pass phrase      *
  *                      03.In IDz 14.1, LIMIT values of GDG     *
  *                         that are greater than 9 are shown    *
  *                         with the wrong value of 0 in         *
  *                         IBM-930 and IBM-1390 encodings.      *

  01.z/OS Explorer JES Job Monitor incorrectly identifies Phoenix
     Software JES3plus as an old JES version
  02.JES Job Monitor enhancement to support authentication with
     pass phrase. This support is enabled with new the new
     PASS_PHRASE=ON configuration variable
  03.RSE backend does not return correctly the LIMIT attribute of
     the GDG when reading from z/OS. It is using lowercase hex
     character for the values, which are not supported by IBM-930
     itself and IBM-1390 TSO client. Front end client has the
     default 0 in such case.
  04.When canceling the submitted job notification from z/OS
     Explorer and IDz client, the server does not response to the
     client properly after terminating the job notification.
  

Problem conclusion

• 01.JMON has been updated to correctly identify JES3plus
  02.JMON enhancement to support authentication with pass phrase
  03.When reading from z/OS, use upper case hex character to
     represent LIMIT attribute of the GDG. Similar limitation has
     not been found for upper case letter with encodings.
  04.Fix the job notify cancel function is the server to send
     back the proper message to the z/OS Explorer or IDz client
     after canceling the job notification.
