Error description

  • When you add a Datacap batch that causes IBM Content Navigator
    (ICN) to introduce a scroll bar in the Datacap job monitor view,
     the last batch is truncated by the information bar at the
    bottom of the desktop.
    
    This issue occurs if the Case Manager client plug-in is enabled
    on the same datacap desktop in IBM Content Navigator.

  • Configure a unique desktop in IBM Content Navigator for Datacap
    where the Case Manager client plug-in is not enabled for the
    desktop.
