Error description

• SQLPA generic userids ANLUSERn may be hung after the tso
  session is ended. This can occur after the following messages:
  ANL1044E No members found to match DBRMKEY pattern nnnnnn*
  Program terminates.
  ANL3001E Unable to access the Parser array: APAS.
   SQL PA terminates with unrecoverable data error.
  Error received:  EEEEE 3001
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOM:
  1) SQLPA explain of SQL loops when two conditions met:
     First, the EXPLAIN must initially fail with sqlcode -418
     Second, the SQL statement contains a subselect such as
  SELECT ...... FROM T1 WHERE T1.C1 = (SELECT .....FROM) ....
