Troubleshooting
Problem
User is unable to perform one or more of the following tasks:
- Run Metadata Wizard.
- Import new metadata.
- Modify Query Mode to Dynamic Query Mode for an existing package in Framework Manager project.
Symptom
Oracle data source connection tests successfully but the user receives the following error message in Framework Manager:
BMT-IMP-0002 Failed to execute metadata request. Array index out of range: 1 CAF-WRN-2082 An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. The complete error has been logged by CAF with SecureErrorID:2020-11-03-11:46:07.258-#524
Resolving The Problem
Set the Oracle data source connection with a Service ID instead of TNS Names Alias and make sure there are no irrelevant JDBC connection parameters.
