Module Enhancements
Below are major enhancements in our HTTP server for IBM i 7.3 and IBM i 7.4.
mod_ibm_ldap
- (1) New LDAPReferrals directive can be configured to enable/disable referral chasing during queries to the LDAP server.
- (2) New LDAPReferralHopLimit directive can be configured to specify the maximum number of referral hops to chase before terminating an LDAP query.
mod_cgi
- It provides a new directive named UseUserJobdLibraryList to allow user to set the library list of a CGI job based on user jobd library list. This new feature supports the use in conjunction with the "SetEnv QIBM_CGI_LIBRARY_LIST" directive.
- (1) The UseUserJobdLibraryList directive can be configured to enable/disable using user jobd library list for a CGI job.
- (2) This feature is not supported by default users QTMHHTTP and QTMHHTP1.
- (3) If “SetEnv QIBM_CGI_LIBRARY_LIST” and “UseUserJobdLibraryList on” both are configured, use a merge library list of the two directives.
