Error description
After upgrading to ClearCase/ClearQuest 9.0.1.10, attempts to cancel delivers and perform other UCM operations in an OSLC integrated environment return "ACTION_COMMIT" hook failures with the underlying cause of: Can't exec "D:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\rationalsdlc\clearcase\bin\squidtool {rest of command line}": %1is not a valid Win32 application. Investigation showed that the path to the "squidtool" application should be in quotes as it contains spaces.
Local fix
Currently, the only solution is to reinstall ClearCase and Clearquest to paths without spaces.
