Error: E-JPR-000-000: Failed to connect; ProbeException: Fail to start Transport module for connection; NoClassDefFoundError: java.util.Base64; ClassNotFoundException: java.util.Base64
It turns out that the keyStorePassword was encrypted and SSL was not enabled.
