Error description

• A DETACH from system command of an active HyperPAV Alias
  device is allowed.  The DETACH should only work for an idle
  system attached HyperPAV alias device.

  A DETACH from system command is erroneously allowed to complete
  successfully for a system attached HyperPAV Alias device that
  is currently active executing I/O for an associated HyperPAV
  Base.
  

Problem conclusion

• DETACH from system processing, HCPDTSYS, was modified to
  disallow a DETACH from system for a HyperPAV Alias device
  if it is not on the HyperPAV pool free queue and the link
  count in the RDEV (RDEVLCNT) is non-zero (would be inherited
  from the currently associated HyperPAV base device).
