  LAL008 abends or unexpected failures of a diagnose x'2C4' can
  occur due to problems with the translation of some guest input
  parameter list and buffer addresses.
  

Problem conclusion

• The translation of the guest parameter list and input buffer
  addresses for diagnose x'2C4' were updated to properly handle
  all possible documented input values.
