Error description
When using ENCCSM configured network connections, the connection will have to change it's key for the connection periodically. The default interval to do that is every 60 minutes. It can be configured to do it more or less frequent using the switch option in the $INFORMIXDIR/etc/concsm.cfg file. For each connection to the server that keeps a connection open long enough that this key switch has to happen, the csm vp will leak private heap memory when the key switch happens. Once the csm vp can't allocate any more heap memory, you could see crashes of the csm vp, or you could see client connections (existing and new) start to fail with various encryption failure messages.
