Error description

• SOAPInput node's 'build tree using xml schema data types' option
  is always get enabled for migrated flows. This can cause data
  types declared as of type float/double in the xsd file to get
  represented in the scientific notation.
  

Local fix

• Re-deploy the flow after the node is migrated to ACE V11.
