APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The code tests the state of the connection before performing
  the group synchronization and manage the groups properly in
  this case. But if the connection fails during the group search
  then the groups returned are empty and then the synchronization
  will remove the groups considering they have been removed from
  LDAP.

Problem conclusion

• Exception is now processed as if the server is not connected :
