This page lists the known limitations in the Cloud Pak for Business Automation as a Service capabilities. Workarounds are provided where possible.

Business automations
Component Limitation Workaround
Studio When you create your very first application, you might get the following error: CWTBG0011E: The mandatory parameter 'base_version_acronym' is not specified. Click OK to close the dialog and try creating the application again.
Application designer At this time, you cannot create business applications that are accessible by a public URL. No workaround is currently available.
Decisions
Component Limitation Workaround
Decision Center Server authentication After IBM creates your Decisions cloud portal, you must set up connections in Decision Center to the Decision Server servers. For instructions, see Setting server connection authentication for Decisions components.
Workflow
Component Limitation Workaround
Workflow  Center > Process Designer For case solutions containing a split case coach, you cannot load the coach in Process Designer.
By default, to use artifacts in the Case toolkit, users need Admin permissions. To grant access to other users, go to Workflow Center and complete the following steps:
  1. Go to Case solutions > Toolkits > Case > Permissions and add the user.
  2. Open the solution in Designer, remove the Case toolkit, and then add it again.
