Troubleshooting
Problem
Added Process Data into Tag1 by using custom tags, but the data is not getting populated in the Completed Processes Custom View.
Symptom
Expected values not showing in Completed Processes View. Process Data has multiple values.
Cause
CCM found the processData value in the XMLString, but the logic that extracts xmlString values failed because the processData value contains new lines.
Diagnosing The Problem
Turn on DEBUG for DefaultSummarizer in /conf/EngineLogger.xml
Resolving The Problem
Apply the latest iFix that includes APAR IT35194
