Steps to reproduce 1. Install TPAE 7610. Choose base language among Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian, Russian. 2. Upgrade to TPAE 7612. 3. Use OSLC API from any tool or web browser. Try to access http://X.X.X.X:9080/ maximo/oslc/os/mxasset?_lid=maxadmin&_lpwd=xxxxxxxxxx 4. Tool or browser displays error "not able to fetch data"
