Question
The following error is logged in cogaudit.log. Please tell us how to deal with it.
CNC-GEN-2107 An unexpected error has occurred. The message is : RequestOperation = release ERROR : CM-REQ-4342 An error occurred with the client.
Answer
There is a case that this error occurs by leaving the browser you were operating without closing it and restarting the operation with that browser after the session timed out.
If you can confirm such operation from cogaudit.log, this error will be a harmless other than increasing the output of log, so you can safely ignore it. Also, when you finish the operation, please close the browser to suppress the output of unnecessary messages.
