Local fix

• On the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus appliance console,
  run 'sudo
  rpm --import https://download.docker.com/linux/centos/gpg'
  Then
  retry the online upgrade.

Problem conclusion

• The docker package cannot be verified during the yum
  installation and hence installation fails. The public key from
  the docker provider is missing and needs to be imported to the
  IBM Spectrum Protect Plus appliance. IBM Spectrum Protect Plus
  V10.1.7 provides a seamless update with no needs to explicitly
  import GPG public key from docker.
