Error description

  • DataPower may reload unexpectedly when comparing a password
alias value.

Local fix

  • Disable or re-create the password alias

Problem summary

  • When configuring passwords or adding, deleting or restarting
a Domain, malformed or blank password alias entries may cause
and unexpected restart.

Problem conclusion

  • Protect all cases in which a blank or malformed password is
compared against the current configuration.
