  "show gateway-peering-cache-status" is not displaying the data
  for ratelimits when at the gateway level.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The cache for assembly-ratelimit with gateway named is not
  included in the cli command show gateway-peering-cache-status.
  show gateway-peering-cache-status should display the correct
  cache number for each gateway peering.
  

Problem conclusion

• show gateway-peering-cache-status now displays the cache number
  for each entry.
  
  Fixed In: 2018.4.1.14 10.0.1.1
