Can an on-premise QRadar® license be transferred to a Qradar on Cloud (QRoC) deployment?
Answer
IBM® ships separate licenses for on-premise and QRadar on Cloud (QRoC) deployments. These licenses are not interchangeable and cannot transfer across these offerings.
