Problem
The onboarding tours might not be available or might not run as expected when you access IBM® Maximo® Application Suite or IBM Maximo® Monitor on Mozilla Firefox. The tours require you to use Mozilla Firefox 83 or later.
Resolving The Problem
Upgrade to Firefox version 83 or use the Google Chrome web browser to access Maximo Application Suite.
