Troubleshooting
Problem
You see this error message when you run IBM Rhapsody with a node-locked license and you connect to that machine by Remote Desktop (RDP), or when you run IBM Rhapsody on a Terminal Server.
Symptom
You see the following error message: FlexNet error message -103: Terminal Server remote client not allowed.
Cause
FlexNet does not allow a node-locked uncounted license to use by remote access.
Diagnosing The Problem
You see the error message when you launch IBM Rhapsody by using an RDP connection.
Resolving The Problem
Node-locked licenses do not work under Windows Remote Desktop or Terminal Services.
Floating licenses work under such an environment.
