Are TM1 Perspectives Dimension and Rule Worksheets Supported in Planning Analytics ?
Answer
With the introduction of Planning Analytic for Excel IBM will only be fixing critical defects for TM1 Perspectives
There are workarounds available to create dimensions and rules, ie. edit in Architect or use TI for dimensions.
Dimension worksheets and Rule Worksheets are not being carried forward into Planning Analytics for Excel, though there are new modeling capabilities in Workspace modeling.
Since there are different workarounds available it is not considered a critical issue and development has stated that they will only be fixing critical issues
Customers should be looking to building their dimensions with a TI process
