APAR status

Error description

  • The Cloud Manager UI login page require connect to the
    internet.
    
    For the users who accessing Cloud Manager UI in a
    closed network environment, they need to wait until the timeout
    in order to see the login webpage.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Some of the UIs for API Connect 10.0.0.0 connect to the internet
    to support their functionality, which in an environment where
    internet access is not available causes delays in page
    rendering. This is known to apply to API Manager, Cloud Manager
    and API Designer.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The product is updated to address this in version 10.0.1.0.
