APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In V6.3, the addition of the "AS FIXED LENGTH" in the USING
  phrase causes a problem when "AS" is used as a data item.
  Because "AS" is not considered a reserved word, the compiler is
  being fixed to properly recognize "AS FIXED LENGTH" and not get
  hung up on "AS".
  

Local fix

• Change the data item "AS" to another name.
