Problem
The values for the TM1 Databases in Planning Analytics Administration Databases are incorrect. They do not show the correct values of resources the TM1 databases are using at this time.
Symptom
The values shown in the Planning Analytics Workspace Administration Database section are to low. They do not show nearly the values the TM1 databases are using in real.
Cause
An old version of Planning Analytics Administration Agent is installed on the Planning Analytics server side.

Diagnosing The Problem
In Planning Analytics Workspace compare the version of Planning Analytics Workspace with the version shown in the Planning Analytics Workspace Administration Database page for the used Planning Analytics Agent.
Resolving The Problem
Compare the version of the used Planning Analytics Workspace version with the version used for the Planning Analytics Administration Agent.
With each new Planning Analytics Workspace version a new version of the Planning Analytics Administration Agent is delivered.
Follow the instruction in our documentation to install the newest Planning Analytics Administration Agent on the Planning Analytics server side.
