Problem
Following messages are received when activating Electronic Service Agent (ESA)
CPF1015: Data area &1 in QSRVAGT not found.
CPFEF82: Service information configuration information not available.
Diagnosing The Problem
CHGSRVAGTA or GO SERVICE Option 1 fails with messages:
- CPFEF82 - Service information configuration information not available.
- CPF1015 - Data area Q* in QSRVAGT not found.
Where Q* is one of the following data areas:

Resolving The Problem
- Sign on with a QSECOFR class profile.
- Issue: GO SERVICE Option 1 and set ENABLE(*NO)
- Issue: WRKOBJ OBJ(QSRVAGT/*ALL) OBJTYPE(*DTAARA)
- Remove all the data areas that are displayed. Are recreated on next step.
- Issue: GO SERVICE Option 1 and set ENABLE(*YES)
- Issue: GO SERVICE Option 2 and leave defaults. Press enter.
- Review the audit log to verify any error messages received.
Steps force QSJSENDER job to run. Give a few minutes and check for CPIEF12 message if posted again.
