  This APAR improves the performance of the Apply phase for a
  database that has non-unique segments.
  This APAR also expands the functionality of the DFDSS base
  configuration parameter so that DFSMSdss can be used in the Copy
  phase for HDAM, HIDAM, HISAM, SHISAM, PHIDAM, and PHIDAM
  databases.
