Error description

• The DB2 Utilities Enhancement Tool currently does not correctly
  parse and implement the CONTINUEIF keyword of the DB2 LOAD
  utility in support of enhanced syntax such as CONSTANT,  VALUEIF
  and PRESORT. Erroneous data may be loaded when CONTINUEIF
  keyword is specified and enhanced syntax is used.
