       - SYSID WITH FP EXCL TRANSACT NOT FLAGGED AS AN ERROR.
       - PRTY/PROCLIM VALUES OF 65535 ARE REPORTED AS 1.
       - FPATH=YES (TRAN) WITH NO FPATH ON PSB HAS

    PROBLEM RESOLUTION:
    PROVIDE ENHANCEMENTS TO IMS HIGH PERFORMANCE
       SYSGEN TOOLS FOR THE FOLLOWING.
       1) ADD IMS 8.1 SUPPORT TO THE EXISTING IMS
          HP SYSGEN TOOLS ENVIRONMENT.
       2) ADD SUPPORT FOR DYNAMIC ALLOCATION OF THE
          IMS SYSGEN/SECURITY GEN SOURCE LIBRARIES
          IN ORDER TO CIRCUMVENT PROBLEMS WITH ISPF
          ENQUEUE CONFLICTS.
       IN ADDITION, CODE CORRECTIONS WERE MADE TO
       RESOLVE THE OTHER PROBLEM SYMPTOMS.
