• CHANGE IOHSECA TO CREATE THE SAME INCORRECT
  LENGTH FIELD FOR AN AGN ENTRY THAT IMS
  CREATES. SINCE THIS LENGTH FIELD IS NOT USED
  BY IMS, THE VALUE IN THE FIELD IS
  MEANINGLESS.
  
  CORRECT ERROR IN RLD COUNT IN LOAD MODULE
  CONTROL RECORDS WHEN LARGE AGN MATRIX MODULES
  ARE CREATED.

  Also, receive warning message CSV300I when loading large
  AGN Security modules from the Matrix library.
  

Problem conclusion

• Change IOHSECA to create the same incorrect length for an AGN
  entry that IMS creates. Since this length field is not used
  by IMS, the value in the field is meaningless.
  Correct error in RLD count in load module control records when
  large AGN Matrix modules are created.
