• BTS Playback puts incorrect number on SPA-ONLY 03 RECORDS
  EXCLUDED FROM TRXOUT and doesn't put the MFS screen about 03

  BTS Playback (BTSALOG0) shows an incorrect number on SPA-ONLY
  03 RECORDS EXCLUDED FROM TRXOUT in "BTSALOG0 SUMMARY". The
  succeeding BTS step doesn't create any MFS screens about 03
  records.
  BTSALOG0 counted up 03 records SPA-data with the message as
  SPA-ONLY 03 records and didn't put the message into TRXOUT.
  
  BTSALOG0 should not count up 03 records SPA-data with the
  message as SPA-ONLY 03 records and should put the message
  into TRXOUT,
  As the result, BTS can put the message on the MFS output
  screens.
  

Problem conclusion

• BTSALQR0 is modified to judge SPA-ONLY 03 records.
  BTSALQP0 is modified not to count up 03 records SPA-data with
  message as SPA-ONLY 03 records and to put the 03 message into
  TRXOUT.
